The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and a big shopping mall with a great variety of restaurants offering local food. It was also very close to the underground railway and the main train station.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the train station and near a major shopping mall. There were also lovely cafes in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me. They even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival. The service was top-notch and I felt well taken care of. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace. The hotel also had excellent facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped fitness center. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

The design in the rooms is nice and the bathrooms are spacious. The location is easily accessible, close to a shopping mall. The breakfast has plenty of choices, including a tea room where you can mix your own flavors. The staff is helpful and provides great recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to the Milaneo mall. I loved that there were many nice cafes around the area. Being in the city center made it really convenient for exploring and sightseeing. The room itself was fantastic, with all the comforts I could ask for. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the amenities like the air conditioning and soundproofed walls made for a relaxing stay. The staff were also very friendly and gave me a warm welcome. They definitely deserve a 4 out of 5 rating for their excellent customer service.
This hotel would be a great choice for families as well.

The hotel is conveniently located near Milaneo mall with nice cafes around, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. It is also close to a shopping center, providing guests with many options for entertainment and retail therapy.
The staff at the hotel were not very helpful during the breakfast incident.
